How it works

2. Attach all relevant documents.
3. Send it.
4. We will get in touch within 48 working hours to confirm receipt and inclusion to our database.
5. A second email will be sent with your unique Ack Homes Professionals ID number.
6. When we are awarded a new project, a brief of the project will be sent to you and other suitable professionals on our database.
7. You will be given 48 working hours to confirm if you want to take on the project and if you are happy with the corresponding fee for your service.
8. Some jobs may be sent to you only, if we believe you will be the best person for the job due to similar past projects with us or shown in your portfolio.
9. A detailed brief will be sent to you once you have confirmed your acceptance.
10. There will be regular communication between yourself and Ack Homes to answer any related questions you may have.
11. Payments will be made to you as per the payment plan stated in the brief.
